PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
There are less than eight months from the end of one festival season to the start of the next. Time is of the essence for Summerfest when making upgrades and improvements during the off season. CSE was brought on board early in 2017 during the design phase of the US Cellular Stage and north gate renovation to assist in the completion of the details for the steel framing.
This early involvement resulted in both a shortened amount of time to prepare shop drawings and an opportunity to procure long lead time material early enough to avoid any impact to the construction schedule. CSE & CG Schmidt repeated this successful project delivery method in 2018 for the U-Line Stage renovations.
