PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CSE was hired to fabricate and erect the structural steel and furnish and install the metal panels and louvers for Froedtert Hospital’s new $140 million, 9 story, 610,000 square foot Center for Advanced Care. The new building will house Froedtert Health’s heart and vascular center and a burgeoning transplant center. Reconfiguring existing space on the Froedtert Hospital campus will enable improved surgery facilities. CSE’s scope on the project consisted of fabricating and erecting the 4,000 tons of steel, furnishing and erecting the 610,000 square feet of floor and roof deck, furnishing and installing the 60,000 square feet of composite and profile metal panels and architectural louvers.
